Euan Blair is the co-founder and chief executive of Multiverse, the apprenticeship and skills platform he established in 2016. Before founding Multiverse, he worked in venture capital at Makena Capital Management and prior to that gained experience in education-focused roles. At Multiverse, Blair has built a business centred on creating degree-level apprenticeship programmes as an alternative to traditional university routes, partnering with major employers across the UK and US. Under his leadership, the company achieved unicorn status following a significant funding round in 2022. He is a prominent advocate for widening access to professional careers and reducing reliance on university degrees as the sole pathway into skilled employment.
