Satya Nadella is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Microsoft. He joined the company in 1992 and held senior engineering and product roles across a range of divisions, including Bing, Office 365, and Microsoft's cloud and enterprise business, before being appointed CEO in 2014. His tenure has been marked by a sustained shift towards cloud computing, centred on the Azure platform, and a cultural repositioning of the organisation around a growth mindset. He assumed the additional role of Chairman of the board in 2021. Nadella studied electrical engineering at Manipal Institute of Technology, completed a master's degree in computer science at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
