Simon Roberts has led Sainsbury's, one of the UK's largest supermarket groups, as Chief Executive since 2020. He joined Sainsbury's in 2017 as Retail and Operations Director after a lengthy career at Boots, where he held several senior commercial and retail roles over more than two decades.
