European companies are racing to deploy artificial intelligence into their core business operations. The problem? Most are building on data infrastructure that will guarantee silent, expensive failure.
This isn't about whether AI models are sophisticated enough or whether enterprises have hired enough data scientists. The technology works. The algorithms are ready. What's missing is something far more prosaic: the operational plumbing that makes AI trustworthy enough to run actual business processes.
